KICK GAME

Launching and scaling a sneaker and culture platform from zero to 100K subscribers in six months through
audience-led YouTube strategy.

Kick Game’s YouTube channel was built to sit at the intersection of sneakers, music, sport, and culture, using YouTube as the primary engine for audience growth and brand relevance.

When we joined the business, the channel had virtually no existing subscriber base. Through a clear content strategy, format development, and consistent platform optimisation, we grew the channel to over 100,000 subscribers within the first six months. The channel has since surpassed one million subscribers, continuing to build on the strategic foundations established during its launch phase.

We developed and launched Shopping for Sneakers, a talent-led format designed to combine sneaker culture with high-profile personalities and culturally relevant moments. By aligning episode releases with album launches, sporting moments, and wider entertainment conversations, the series was positioned to reach audiences far beyond core sneaker communities.

Alongside flagship formats, we introduced recurring content strands, including Just In, designed to serve more dedicated sneaker audiences and create consistency across the publishing schedule.

Through structured format development, audience insight, and platform-native programming, Kick Game evolved from a retail-led business into a recognised digital brand within culture and entertainment.
